We are looking for finance professionals with solid experience in
process
management (optimizing existing business processes and designing new business processes) and
people
management.
Successful candidates will manage one of the two groups:
Retail sales, instore opex, inventory control (44 subordinates, including group managers)
Wholesales, e-commerce, intercompany (11 subordinates, including group managers)
Key
Responsibilities
Establish processes to closely manage key financial parameters
Ensure in reporting accuracy and control procedures efficiency. Conduct quality control of monthly, quarterly and annual closing in order to be in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
Secure strong internal controls over assets and compliance with Group policies and internal procedures
Proactively manage the balance sheet and P & L on a monthly basis to maximize the return for adidas group. Ongoing input from a financial perspective for business decision-making.
Develop and coordinate the implementation of standardized financial processes & tools with ongoing drive for improvement & simplification and focus on cross- and inter-functional efficiency.
Assist in the external audit and tax audit processes
People Management
Define organizational structure, set objectives, and manage workloads and results to achieve goals while adopting best practices and achieving continuous process improvement.
Ensure high employee engagement at every level through effective motivation, coaching, training, and development of personnel in the team.
System improvement
Raise new requirements and work closely with market IT solutions and HQ process champs to drive system improvements
Prioritize requirements within the stream and possess full stream view
Be the first point of contact for HQ process champs and Market IT business solutions in case of questions or proposed Request for changes for the specific process
Communicate and find agreement on process and systems changes with other involved process teams
Who we are looking for
Higher Education (Accounting/Finance);
From 4 years of practical experience in a big company;
Strong managerial and operational skills
Strong execution skills and results orientation
Independent handling of a variety of tasks with different levels of complexity by developing effective plans and organizing work efficiently
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop Finance team
Knowledge of accounting programs (preferable SAP), advanced in MS-Office
Intermediate English is a must as minimum
Location: Metro Yugo-Zapadnaya.
